UPDATE: Sault Defaults on Heavenly Mountain; Property Sold to Meditation Center

There’s more information on the sale of the formerly Heavenly mountain site as a meditation center, as Jason Dolph of Chartwell Group in Charlotte revealed that high bidder Marvin Sault failed to meet deadlines and defaulted in the sale of the 381 acre site. Dolph said Chartwell reverted to the second bidder, and closed on the property last Friday. Full Story
