Missing Cat

There is a male, black cat missing from the University/Forest Hills Drive/ New Watauga High School area. The cat is about 8 years old, neutered, weighs 13-15 pounds, and is wearing a black snap-off collar. If you see this cat or may have him please call 828-266-2107.

Lost Dog: Sweetie

Sweetie is female 1/2 boxer, 1/2 Jack Russel dog that went missing from Aho Road on May 29. She is 35- 40 pounds, white with a brown spot on her left eye. She also has one blue eye and one brown eye and is possibly wearing a lead. If you have seen Sweetie or may have her please call 828-355-9019 or 828-773-2860.

Missing Dog: Akuna

Akuna is a spade, female dog that has gone missing from Downtown Boone. She is white with brown spots. She weighs 50 pounds and was wearing a pink collar with tags when she went missing on May 13. If you have seen Akuna or may have her please call 387-6663.

Found Dog

There was a Blue Healer Cattle dog found at the Wilco Hess Station on the corner of 194 and 421 by New Market Center. He was wearing a collar with a broken wire cord attached but no ID. This dog is very friendly and well taken care of. If this is your dog please call 828-719-0032 and ask for Joe.
