High Country Bike Plan Survey

High Country Council of Governments is developing a bike plan for Yancey, Mitchell, Avery, Watauga, Ashe, Alleghany, and Wilkes Counties.  The Plan is intended to improve safety, access, and mobility for cyclists by developing a network of designated routes that connect municipalities and other major destinations in the region. Appalachian Women’s Fund Award Luncheon Set
