The West Wilkes Blackhawks bounced back from Friday's disappointing loss on Saturday morning. The Blackhawks (22-12) wiped out a 5-0, first inning deficit and defeated Dixon 14-10 in game two of their best of three series in the Class 1A state championship series at Five County Stadium in Zebulon, NC. Tyler Stotler went 4-5 with two runs-batted-in; Ethan Church went 3-3 with two RBI, and Scott Gambill had a three-run triple that hightlighted the comeback. The Blackhawks pounded out 15 hits.
