8:40 a.m. - We’ve all heard from people on all sides of the political spectrum talk about how healthcare reform will affect us, but the Appalachian Regional Healthcare System is working to help High Country residents understand the changes from a completely unbiased standpoint.
APPRHS, Watauga County Healthy Carolinians, Appalachian District Health Department and App State’s Institute for Health and Human Services are bringing Adam Linker, the Policy Analyst for the NC Justice Center, to Boone to discuss how healthcare reform will affect you as an individual.
Linker will be speaking at the Reel House on Boone Heights Drive in Boone on Friday from noon until 1:00 p.m.
This lecture is free and open to the public. |
