4:14 p.m. - 21-year-old Kayla Ruppard pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter in superior court on Monday after she left her child in a vehicle in May of 2008.

According to court papers, Ruppard will be on supervised probation for three years and must complete 72 hours of community service within 180 days.  She received a suspended sentence of one year to 15 months.  She was ordered to attend counseling and a parenting skills class and pay a total of $1,445.50 in court costs, community service, and other fees.
