| WHS Swimmers Take First, Second in Conference Finals |

 Watauga High School Boys Swim team won the
Conference title in Valdese last night. Watauga High School Girls swim team
place second in conference finals last night in the same meet. These kids had NO POOL to practice diving off a block because of the shallow pool at the swim complex, and were out of the water for most of the last month due to weather. Talk about achievement under adverse circumstances!!!
