The North Carolina High School Athletic Association has released its playoff pairings for men's soccer.

The Pioneers, the No.2 seed from the Northwestern 3A/4A Conference, will open post-season play on the road, not at home as was first anticipated. WHS (4-15-1) will play at Garinger, the No.2 seed from the MEGA 7 3A/4A Conference, Wednesday night in a first-round game down in Charlotte. The match kicks off at 6 pm.

The reason WHS lost the home game is because the MEGA 7 has priority seeding in this year's playoff draw.
