Popular dance company, MOMIX, will return to Boone next month as part of Appalachian’s Performing Arts Series.

According to ASU’s Office of Cultural Affairs, MOMIX performed at the performing arts series in 2003 and 2005 and both shows sold out.

MOMIX is known for their acrobatic style and recreating seemingly impossible scenes using props, light, shadows, humor, and the human body.

Advance tickets cost $20 for adults, $18 for seniors, and $10 for ASU students and children.

MOMIX will perform at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19, at Farthing Auditorium.  Interested residents can buy tickets online at www.pas.AppState.edu.
