| Boone P.D. Arrests Man Believed to Have Stolen Items from Unlocked Cars |

According to Sergeant Matt Stevens of the Boone P.D., Randy Joseph Hamm was charged with 10 counts of breaking and entering or entering a motor vehicle, three counts of obtaining property by false pretense, one count of felony breaking and entering, and three counts of misdemeanor larceny.
Hamm is believed to have stolen items including iPods, GPS devices, cameras, cash, and other items from unlocked vehicles.
Authorities also believe Hamm took a lawnmower from a residential building.
Hamm was given a $10,000 bond and will appear in court on October 22.
