The Tampa Bay Buccaneers cut Jackson last week after he was selected by the Bucs in the second round of the 2008 draft.
Adam Caplan of ScoutNFLNetwork.com reports the Panthers may be interested in Jackson because they lack depth in their wide receivers’ corps. Caplan also added that he wouldn’t be surprised if the Panthers signed Jackson.
