More than 100 marijuana plants with a street value of nearly $260,000 were found in Caldwell County.

Our Foothills Bureau reports the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Department and the State Bureau of Investigation found the drugs at five different locations earlier this week.

24-year-old Dusty William Pennell was charged with one felony count of manufacturing marijuana.

Pennell was already behind bars at the Caldwell County jail for unrelated charges.
