A Lenoir man is appearing in court today after authorities believe he used his car to break into a convenience store.
Our Foothills Bureau reports 38-year-old Mark Leon Howell was charged with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny, and misdemeanor larceny when he was arrested on Friday morning shortly after authorities believe he drove his car into the Fairgrove Food Store in Hickory.
Authorities were able to connect Howell to the crime because of security footage from the scene.
Howell was arrested under a $20,600 bond.
