Unconfirmed reports say a body was found this afternoon in Elk River.It is believed to be the body of 16-year-old Nicholas Chad Hicks of Roan Mountain. The search for Hicks involved 13 rescue organizations, including several dive teams and canine units. Hicks had been swinging on a rope in Elk River just below Elk River Falls Sunday when he failed to resurface.
