LUCY HAS BEEN FOUND SAFE AND SOUND AND IS BACK IN THE LOVING ARMS OF HER FAMILY!!!
A female Rottweiler mix was lost on 07/21/2009. Her name is Lucy and she was last seen at Lowe's in Banner Elk. She weighs about 40 pounds. She is wearing 2 collars...one black and one red.
