A meat processing company in South Carolina has recalled around 75 pounds of fresh beef trim after officials say it could have been contaminated by E. coli.
WXII reports Snow Creek Meat Processing in Seneca, South Carolina has recalled meat that have been distributed in North and South Carolina. Most of the meat was distributed for further processing.
The boxes have the establishment number EST. 20487 printed on them.
WXII also reports no illnesses have been reported.
