Watauga County authorities are looking for the person or people who broke into several businesses in the Heritage Court shopping Center and the nearby Coldwell Banker realty office on Highway 105 South in Boone.

According to Sergeant Matt Stevens of the Boone Police Department, the break-ins occurred early this morning.

Stevens said cash, laptop computers, and other items were reported stolen.
