| Foxx Honored by Conservative Lobbying Group for Voting Record |

Congresswoman Virginia Foxx was honored by the American Conservative Union yesterday.
According to Foxx’ spokesperson, Aaron Groen, the congresswoman was named “Defender of Liberty” for her conservative voting record.
ACU’s chairman, David Keene, said Foxx was named the 2008 Defender of Liberty for her support for conservative principles on a wide variety of issues.
The ACU is the oldest conservative lobbying organization in the country.
