The Wings to Go restaurant on Boone Heights Drive in Boone closed its doors on Tuesday evening.

The owners, Paul R. Tatum, Cindy Williams, and Courtney L. Tatum, left signs on the doors and windows stating the restaurant was forced to close because of personal and financial reasons.

When High Country Radio paid the restaurant a visit, several would-be customers were turned away by the locked doors.

Wings to Go opened roughly two years ago.
