MerleFest continues today with more acts this evening and several raffles.

According to MerleFest’s website, a mandolin case, tickets to the Blue Ridge Hall of Fame Award Show, and two banjos will be available to win at a raffle tonight.

Several acts and dances are being held tonight, including a tribute to Merle Watson with T. Michael Coleman, Jack Lawrence, and Bill Mathis.  The Waybacks with Special Guests also headline tonight at the Watson stage at 9:15.

Saturday’s events at MerleFest get started at 9:25 tomorrow morning.

Cadillac Sky, Blue Highway, and Sam Bush are all scheduled to perform in Saturday’s first session.

Friday tickets cost $45 and Saturday tickets cost $50.  More information about MerleFest can be found at www.MerleFest.org.
