Johnson County Library director
Linda Icenhour is excited.
Saturday from 1 to 4 is the Grand
Opening of the newly remodeled library. While construction took almost a year
to complete, it will all be worth it, she says.
The library features a new children's nook and a geneology room.
That’s not all. The renovations
have more than doubled the space, adding over 3,000 square feet, Icenhour said.
Additional shelving comes with the package.
The county and city along with several grants funded
the project. The library is located on North Church Street in Mountain City,
Tennessee.
