An argument between two men on Austin-Traphill Road
ended in a gunshot. According to reports, 61-year-old Donald Kennedy came to 38-year-old Richard McGuire’s home and accused him of stealing property. During the ensuing argument, Kennedy allegedly pulled out a gun and fired one shot at McGuire. McGuire was airlifted to Baptist Medical Center and was reported to be in critical condition. Kennedy is being held on a $45,000 bond.
