The Avery County Sheriff’s Office has a new interactive website.

Sheriff, Kevin Frye, said www.AverySheriff.org was launched with the help of AskCounty.com.

Frye said the new website in interactive and has several places that residents can anonymously give information.

The new web site also has downloadable forms for gun permits and concealed carry permits.

Frye said all the bugs haven’t been worked out of the new site yet, but it should be working at full speed soon.
