Watauga High softball coach Brian Vannoy has announced that Saturday’s tournament games have been rained out at Shuey Park in Morganton.

The games will not be rescheduled. Now, there is a conflict concerning the WHS-Alexander Central game that has been postponed twice all ready by rain. The Cougars have four games the week of April 6th, so they can’t play their make-up game against WHS on April 8th. The North Carolina High School Athletic Association does not permit teams to play four games a week. Teams are only permitted to play a maximum of three games per week. So, a new make-up date will be announced by no later than Monday morning.
