In what police are calling an accident, a Lenoir man
died in a fall over the weekend.
49-year-old Robert Arney fell from the 12th
floor balcony of the Margate high-rise at the Kingston Plantation complex in
Myrtle Beach. The balcony is an estimated 135 feet from the asphalt parking
lot. Arney was staying in one of the apartments with his family. It is still
unclear what caused the fall.
