The June 11th edition of U.S. News & World Report features the High Country’s own Boone, North Carolina. In fact, Boone made the top ten list. U.S. News consulted four of the country’s experts on retirement locations and came up with the ten best bargain retirement spots. Boone shares the list with Sandpoint Idaho and others.
