The victim of a construction accident at Sugar Mountain Reserve Project #2 was transported via ambulance to Cannon Memorial Hospital yesterday.

Though Romanowski did not know the details of the man’s injuries, it wasn’t a light fall.

The man appeared visibly hurt.
Linville Central Rescue and Banner Elk Fire Department responded to the scene. There have been several construction accidents

The man has yet to be identified and his condition has not been released.
