‘Signatures in Space’ takes off in Lenoir: Literally! PDF Print

West Lenoir Elementary students are participating in a program that will send their autographs to space via shuttle.

The program is called “Signatures in Space.” Every adult and child at West Lenoir signed a special poster that will be sent to NASA where it will travel in space this summer via space shuttle. Upon its return to earth, the poster will be shipped back to the school. Sources say the children are ecstatic.
