According to Sheriff Kevin Frye, 20-year-old Andrew Garcia was arrested after a traffic stop and an investigation with the K-9 unit.
Authorities found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle Garcia was driving.

Deputies with the Avery County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Cooksville man on drug charges on Sunday.
