Watauga County Crimestoppers: Home & Church Broken Into and Residence Shot with Paintball Gun PDF Print

Watauga County Crimestoppers is requesting the public’s help in finding suspects responsible for four area crimes.

 

A residence on Bluebonnet Drive in Boone was entered on January 2nd.

 

A Playstation video game and a Rusty Wallace NASCAR lamp were reportedly taken from the residence.

 

In another incident, April Gunter of the Boone Police Department reported that someone shot a residence on Old Highway 421 North with a paintball gun on January 3rd.

 

Gunter also reported that someone broke the Boone Church of Christ on Coolwoods Drive between January 2nd and January 3rd.

 

Gunter said various items were taken from the church including cash and a Dell Laptop Computer.

 

The final incident occurred on December 23rd when a suspect tried to break into a Dr. Pepper vending machine.

 

Gunter reported the vending machine was located outside of Hayes Tire located off of Old 421 South.

 

Nothing was taken during the incident, but there was substantial damage to the machine.
