Today begins week four of the Jerry Anderson murder trial.One more juror is needed, and those involved are optimistic the seat will be filled soon. Jurors so far have been questioned about their opinions on the death penalty. If Anderson is convicted, prosecutors plan to seek capital punishment. Anderson is suspected of killing his wife, Emily Anderson and was indicted in January of 2006.
