Sometime last Sunday, someone entered Radford Quarries on Bamboo Road in Boone and damaged two pieces of machinery.

A passenger side window was broken out of a track hoe and a driver side window was broken out of a Kotmatsu front-end loader. In a separate incident, between December 20 and April 29, unknown suspects stole a red, white and blue trek bicycle valued at $650 dollars in the Heavenly Mountain Development. Crimestoppers are also looking for an unknown individual responsible for busting out the window of a blue 1998 Dodge Caravan that was parked at a residence on Fletcher Branch Road in Vilas.Anyone with any information on this or other crimes is encouraged to call Crimestoppers at 828-262-4555
