Calling all duckies! The Lansing Volunteer Fire Department is holding its annual Music Festival and Rubber Ducky Race tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event takes place in the meadow behind the Fire Department. Music acts include Rock Bottom, Whitetop Mountain Band and Tommy Gentry.
