Brianna Fleming and Kinsey Spencer, seniors at Watauga High School, were the recipients of the first ever John & Ruth Blue Scholarship Endowment.They will each receive a renewable $5,000 scholarship to the university of their choice. The endowment is the largest single local scholarship available to Watauga County residents.
