While each Watauga County public school had a Teacher of the Year, only one could take the County title.P.E. teacher Donna Raichle of Parkway School is this year’s Watauga County Schools Teacher of the Year. A new car is not the only thing the deserving teacher gets as a part of her new title. Raichle will be entered in the regional competition.
