Torch arrived in Lenoir! PDF Print

The first leg of the Special Olympics torch is over, according to Caldwell County Communications. According to Communications, the torch arrived in Lenoir at around 1:40. Watauga officers handed the torch to Caldwell officers at the Green Park Inn. Today marked the first day of the torch run- which will eventually bring the torch to Raleigh in time for the opening ceremonies of the Summer Special Olympics Games, June 1, 2, and 3.
