Sometime between last Friday and Monday, someone broke into a residence at Old U.S. Highway 421 South in Deep Gap. Suspects entered through a backdoor and stole numerous pieces of jewelry and World War II medals, according to reports. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Crimestoppers at 828-262-4555.
