Watauga County Crimestoppers needs your help in identifying whoever’s responsible for the following crimes.

Sometime between May 9 and 10, a red Whitman Cement Mixer was reported missing from a Dutch Creek Extension Address. Deputies suspect theft.

In a separate incident, a gravesite pest is removing flowers. Someone has removed flowers from the gravesite of James L. “Jim” Penley on eight occasions.
