It’s time for the 5th Annual Adult Expo, and this year it’s definitely worth a visit, according to Adult Services Coalition volunteer Dick Hearne.
The expo is designed to show seniors in our community the many services available. 37 agencies will be present. If a need has not been addressed, according to Hearne, this is a perfect time to come out and voice your concerns. The event is free and live music will be played throughout the day. At noon, Mayor Loretta Clawson will hand out “Celebration of living awards” to five deserving citizens. The Expo will be at the Boone Mall tomorrow from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
