Stolen jeep: Crimestoppers alert |

Watauga County Crimestoppers wants residents to be on the
lookout for a 1988 Jeep Wagoneer.
The Jeep disappeared from the parking lot of
the Mountain Villa Motor Lodge at the intersection of Blowing Rock Road and
Meadowview Drive in January. The Jeep is described as a rusty four door with
gray paint and wood panels. Its license plate reads RTR-1089.
Due to the fact that the vehicle was not running properly,
the owner fears it may have been stolen for parts.
Anyone with information on the crime is asked to call
Crimestoppers at 828-268-6959. You may be eligible for a reward.
