It’s time to enjoy the sunshine, and Daniel Boone Native Gardens is the perfect location for a picnic.
Starting today, the Gardens are open to the public from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Located on Horn in the West Drive in Boone, admission is $2 for adults age 16 and over. Season passes are $10. The gardens are available for group tours, school programs, and weddings and are the perfect place to stop and relax. Recent improvements by the Town of Boone and garden club volunteers have included a new stone pathway through the arbor, stonework at the pond, and newly labeled plants. The meditation maze has also been restored, so enjoy Boone while the sun is shining.
