U.S. Airways customers should see an improvement in service soon. Thursday, U.S. Airways announced plans to hire 1,000 workers.The majority of new hires will be based in both Philadelphia and Charlotte and will help cope with the summer increase in travelers. Additional help is only one of the improvements to hit U.S. Airways in the coming months. U.S. Airways also promises better food and replacements for faulty ticket kiosks.
