| Blue Ridge Parkway is completely open |

Starting today all 469 miles of the Blue Ridge Parkway are accessible. Repair work closed an 11 mile stretch between Linville Falls and Mt. Mitchell for 6 months. Although construction will still be going on, it will be restricted to regular working hours and will not halt traffic.
