Due to last night’s storms in the Upstate, the final game of the Southern Conference Tournament was not played and was moved to Thursday at 10 a.m. With the change, Appalachian State University baseball’s losers’ bracket game with Samford has been moved to 3 p.m. on Thursday at Furman’s Latham Stadium. The Mountaineers are projected to send right-hander Sam Agnew-Wieland to the mound, while Samford sends C.K. Irby, a right-hander who defeated the Apps during the regular season. Fans can follow all the action from Latham Field at GoASU.com., and coverage begins at 2:40 p.m. on AM 1450, WATA.
