WHS LX To Host Raiders Friday PDF Print

Watauga High Athletics Director Tom Wright has announced that the boy's lacrosse team will host Pfafftown-Reagan (9-4), the No.2 seed from District 8,

in the opening round of the state playoffs Friday night at Leigh Wallace Memorial Field at 6 p.m.
The Pioneers (6-0 in District 9; 6-5 overall) are making their first appearance in the state playoffs. WHS registered its first winning season, and won its first district championship this past spring. The winner of this match will play either Ardrey Kell or Charlotte Catholic in theĀ  in a second-round game Tuesday, May 7. If WHS wins, the Pioneers will host.
