Late yesterday afternoon, Boone Police reported the arrest of two suspects in a pair of Tuesday night incidents in which residents of two apartments were assaulted and robbed. Just after issuing a bulletin on the two, Boone Police reported the arrests of D'Ray Vannoy Hall, 22, and 21-year old
Christopher Alexander Webster, charging each with First Degree Burglary, Attempted Common Law Robbery, and Common Law Robbery, and Simple Assault. It was just before 9:15 Tuesday night that Boone Police received reports that two black males had broken into two apartments at separate locations near campus--a Hill Street location, then a second break-in occurring at approximately 10 minutes later on Meadowview Drive. The two suspects were described as black males wearing white masks, one of them wearing a black hoodie. The bulletin issued just before the arrests were reported said that Hall and Webster might be operating a silver 2003 Audi A4 Quattro or a green 2004 Land Rover Discovery.
