Two Hurt in 3 Vehicle Crash on 105 Bypass PDF Print

Two people were transported to Watauga Medical Center after a three-vehicle crash late yesterday afternoon on the NC 105 bypass. The 5:30pm collision involved two smaller sedans and a Ford SUV, with the sedans landing on opposite sides of the highway, the SUV in the middle of the road. Damage was significant to the vehicles—especially one of the small sedans, slammed front and rear—but injuries were apparently not life threatening.  The state patrol is investigating, but did not release information last night.  Traffic on NC 105 was stopped for quite a time for the investigation and clean-up at the site, near Greer Lane.
