Blowing Rock Police welcomed a second new hire this week. Bobby Canter from Deep Gap began his employment with our department on Friday. Bobby will be riding the next few weeks with field training officer Troy Reynolds. Bobby is married and has two children. He completed his basic law enforcement training in 2011. Bobby has been employed with Hospitality Mint for some time.  Please make Bobby feel at home here in Blowing Rock.
