NFL Releases Official Combine List PDF Print

The National Football League has released its list of college athletes that have been invited to the NFL Combine in late February. A whopping 333 invitations

have been extended to college prospects to attend the NFL Combine later this month.
West Virginia University quarterback Geno Smith and USC quarterback Matt Barkley are among the invitees at the quarterback position. Neither Smith or Barkley attended the Senior Bowl two weeks ago in Mobile, Ala. The pair are considered by most to be the top two quarterback prospects in the upcoming NFL draft.
University of Michigan quarterback Denard Robinson has been invited to the combine as a wide receiver. Robinson also played wide receiver during the Senior Bowl.
Defensive back Demetrius McCray of Appalachian State is also in the mix. The All-America raised his stock with a strong showing at the NFLPA Bowl in Carson, CA., on January 22 with an interception, a forced fumble and five tackles. McCray made 55 tackles (37 solo stops) for the Mountaineers his senior year with four interceptions, a forced fumble, four passes broken up, eight passes defended and two quarterback hurries.
Joining McCray at the combine will be fellow Southern Conference players Nick Williams, a defensive lineman from Samford, and wide receiver Aaron Mellette of Elon, who played in the Senior Bowl.
The University of North Carolina will have four players at the combine, running back Giovani Bernard, offensive lineman Jonathan Cooper, linebacker Kevin Reddick and defensive lineman Sylvester Williams.
Other invitees include, quarterbacks Mike Glennon of North Carolina  State, Sean Renfree of Duke, and Tyler Bray of Tennessee.
The NFL Combine will be held in Indianapolis, IN., February 20-26.

Wide Receiver: 39
Tight Ends: 19
Offensive Line: 58
Defensive Line: 54
Linebackers: 35
Defensive Backs: 60
Kickers/Special Teams: 14
