Boone Police have arrested a woman in the theft of a 92-year old woman’s identity. Mary Elizabeth Davis, 54, was arrested by Boone Police for two counts of Felony Identity Theft, saying Ms. Davis is alleged to have used the victim’s identity and financial information to obtain several items from various magazine companies.  Elizabeth Davis was set $25,000 unsecured bond and a court date of February 26th.
